Signatures of the agreement reached on the extraction of grain stranded in Ukraine due to the Russian invasion were signed with a ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and United Nations (UN) Secretary General Antonio Guterres. The agreement was signed twice during the signing ceremony, where the Ministers of Defense of Russia and Ukraine did not sit at the same table.
