Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to join our team.
You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator who is able to multi-task efficiently, with little supervision.
Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Monitor the route and status of fleet to coordinate and prioritize schedules
- Provide drivers with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
- Maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
Minimum six months experience in the transportation industry.
Experience in Routing and/or Dispatch preferred.
