Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with identified operators
• Build and maintain key relationships across identified key customers
• Work with and influence all other cross matrix functional teams in Huawei Finland to ensure successful delivery/deployment of projects
• Manage and coordinate key activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
• Responsible for business goal set-up in Huawei Finland.
• Responsible for customer’s satisfaction in cooperation with Huawei.

Position Requirements

Business Skills Requirements:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner.
• Good command of English/Finnish.
• Chinese speaking and writing skills is highly preferred
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience as sales or similar position, in ICT companies, fresh graduates would also be considered.
• Experience in selling ICT solution including communication network and IP network solutions.
• Have a good understanding of telecom operator ICT transformation.
• Sales experience with customer as Operator etc is preferred.
