You are an Independent Broker; you WILL be a 1099 Agent and this is a COMMISSION ONLY position. We will never tell you how much or little to work, but what you earn will directly correlate to the work that you are willing to put into the business.

Recruiting IS NOT Required… But we WILL help you build a team and build your business.

A state license is required. If you do not have one, we will help you through the licensing process.

The reality is 90% of agents in the insurance industry fail within the first 6 months of trying to start their business. Our goal is to mitigate this as much as we possibly can.
