You don’t have to come with a license, we will guide you through the process of getting your property and casualty license and most importantly, we pay for it. Plus, there’s no cold-calling, you’ll be talking with pre-qualified leads and current customers of some of the best-loved insurance providers in the U.S. We want people who have an excellent personality, strong work ethic and great persuasive skills.

About You

  • You are an organized self-starter, dedicated to studying on your own and comfortable in a continuous-learning environment
  • You have the drive to complete a challenging pre-licensing course and pass the applicable resident state exam for Property and Casualty Insurance
  • You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • You are 18+ years of age
  • You have a high school diploma (higher education preferred)
  • You pass a criminal background check
  • You pass a drug screening

  • Pre-set and pre-qualified leads, no cold-calling
  • Assist existing and new customers with questions on their policy
