Role

The manager must demonstrate strong strategic and analytics skills, combined with a desire to drive results. Specifically: 

(1) Email Expertise : lead the Global Email Marketing program, possessing a strong understanding of the micro-level details and macro-level strategy; lead cross-functional email-driven efforts and serve as subject-matter expert. 

(2) Client-Focused, Data Driven, Results Mentality : ensure the business delivers a best-in-class experience to clients and delivers against key strategic and financial goals; explore innovative ways to leverage client data to develop strategy and engage clients; Help the broader organization gain a stronger understanding of how the email-channel and client-data can be used to engage clients. 

(3) Collaboration & Process Focus : lead email marketing and digital projects across multifunctional global organization; exhibit strong communication and cross-functional partnerships to ensure timely execution; define new work processes and efficiencies and operate effectively with those that already exist. 

(4) Innovation & Digital Curiosity : support broader digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM & Content) to help build an integrated marketing ecosystem across digital channels and touchpoints. Help pilot new channel strategies in the form of experiential apps and AR. Assess existing and explore new marketing technologies to ensure best-in-class approach to digital, email and CRM.Tiffany & Co.
