The Role

We are looking for an individual with strong passion in sales to join our Lubricants Team in Thailand. You will be a key member of B2C Ultimate Potential working team to work toward Thailand Lubricants 2025 goals.

What’s the role

You will be accountable to grow new prospects as assigned in high growth area and retain key accounts with profitable. Your role will include:

  • To grow the overall profitability of the largest car service chains in the country by obtaining Top Line Growth
  • To manage existing business for maximum customer satisfaction
  • Deals mainly with Platinum and Gold banded Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) customers
  • Exceed team and individual KPIs and Productivity Measure as set by the Sales Manager
  • Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationship
  • Increase the value for existing Shell customers through Top line Growth by means of win new customers, cross and up selling to existing customers, price management and reduce customers lost
  • Develop new opportunities with prospective customers independently and from Sales Director develop through prospecting joint call coaching
  • Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers
  • Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g. margin, growth, named customer, CVP and trade debtor target.)
  • Develop, update, maintain, and communicate the Account Plan
  • Be responsible and proactive in HSE issue that affects the individual, the office/field environment and their customers
  • Be accountable for own development plan to continuously improve competencies
  • Manage complexity circumstance and deliver Value selling approach

What we need from you

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer focus, preferably with past working experience in sales
  • Knowledge and understanding of SPANCOP process, sales discipline and Salesforce tool are highly preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment
  • Project management skills will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading
